Hi can you please help me, I have a macbook i was installing windows 7 through bootcamp. But I cancelled the install as, I thought i might need more space on windows for files and music etc.

The problem i am now facing is when i try to start the install process again bootcamp pops up with Bootcamp cannot be used, must update your system before using this setup assistant.

How do I get this sorted out as I want to use windows 7 with bootcamp.

Thanks for reading and answering my post :)

You need to get your system back into a state that Boot Camp Assistant recognizes. You will need to remove the partition it had created and resize the OS X partition within Disk Utility.

Run Disk Utility, select your HDD on the left and go to the Partition tab. Post a screeenshot and we can lead you from there.
