Hi,

After trying 3 different versions of vista I gave up and went for xp instead.

But every time I installed xp and then the bootcamp drivers - my keyboard and trackpad did not work.
At last I got them to work - until the apple software update launched. Same problem occured.
It is a danish windows xp sp2. What's wrong?

EDIT: it's a late 08 macbook pro

You need to make the driver disk that Bootcamp may or may not ask you to make, i forget. These are the drivers that allow various parts to work, otherwise you do get that slight inconvenience of not having things work.

But aren't the drivers included on the mac osx install disc?

If not, where do I find the proper drivers for xp/vista?
