I have a 2007 Mac Pro 2,1 using Pike's EFI bootloader to run 64 bit El Capitan. I also have Windows 10 64bit installed on a separate internal drive. Bootcamp 6.0 is also installed on this drive. I recently copied the original Windows hard disk (including the boot partition) to an equally sized SSD. This new SSD boots fine when I choose to boot into Windows 10 at startup (holding down the OPT / ALT key). My problem is Windows 10 no longer mounts in OS X. Disk Utility sees the SSD, but doesn't recognize it as NTFS formatted. I'm also running Fuse for MacOS. Any ideas on how I can fix this problem? Thanks for any help.
