Bootcamp drivers transfer problems

I need to get all my drivers (network, graphics etc.) to my win XP install, from OSX, but i don't know how to do this. Help please!
 
When booted into Windows, insert your OS X Leopard install disc, it has all the install files and drivers needed. It will pop up once you insert the disc.
