I have a 2010 MBP andi lost the Mac OSX install disk and don't have the drivers anymore could somebody please upload them so I can get them

You can also contact Apple to get replacement Restore DVDs for a small fee.

Try just downloading the update from the Apple website. I don't know if it'll work off a clean install, but it's definitely worth a try.
