Bootcamp.exe crashes (sometimes) after login on MacBook 2015 and Win 10

Hello,

I have a MacBook 2015 and installed a new Windows 10 on it. With bootcamp...
After Win 10 bootup and login the Bootcamp.exe sometimes crashes.
It's not always - just sometimes. When that happens the keyboard light does not
work. When I terminate the bootcamp.exe with the task manager and start it again
it works...

Does someone else have the same experiences and maybe a solution?

My system is fully updated and everything is a new installation.
I also tried to reinstall bootcamp and installed Win 10 with english and
german language. Nothing helps.
