Bootcamp for 2010 MBA

Hi all, I have a 2010 13" MBA ultimate. I want to run bootcamp for an app that only works on Windows - do I need to get Windows 7, or can it run on XP?

I am using bootcamp because I would like to take full advantage of the 4 gigs of ram that I have, rather than partitioning it in Parallels.
