I've successfully installed Win 7 onto a combined Bootcamp/Fusion 3 partition on my my new 13" MBA using the Win7 USB tool etc. I'm now trying to install additional Windows software from CDs and DVDs. I don't have a superdrive so thought I could use Remote disc from my old macbook, but this doesn't seem to be the case on the Win7 side either in Bootcamp or Fusion as far as I can see.

I suppose there might be a way to convert these CDs into ISO files that I could transfer to the Win7 partition and run from there? I've tried to search for this but no luck so far - I guess one problem is I'm trying to create an ISO of a PC program CD on a Mac that will be readable from a USB in Windows either via fusion or Bootcamp... I'm sure people must have run into this, or does everyone have either a superdrive, or just download software for Windows (not an option as these are expensive academic software we only have on CD and can't afford to buy new copies, or the the latest versions don't do what we need!)

Any help greatly appreciated!
