I'm trying to use bootcamp, I bought Winodws 7 and got the iso in an archive but can't open it. I get this message "This disc contains a "UDF" file system and requires an operating system that supports the ISO-13346 "UDF" file system specification."

I've watched numerous videos, in all of them the iso looks like a .dmg but mine is a yellow icon that says archive on it but the file ends in .iso. I've tried just putting that onto a flash drive and using it for bootcamp but I get an error message about no bootable device.

The program is .exe, will I need to open it on a PC then?

Oops, sorry. Yeah this will need to be ran on a windows machine first, I believe there is a way for bootcamp to do this itself but I've never had any success using it, maybe someone else on here can explain how. But if you have access to a pc running windows then I'd go that route to save any hassle.

When i open the iso in disk utility i get something called "grmchpxfrer_en_dvd". Is there something I can do with that? Sorry if it's a dumb question, I'm not as tech savvy as I should be.

I figured out what the issue was, burning the iso to a dvd worked just fine. I couldn't use the flash drive for some reason.
