A dialog window that asks you to "restart computer" will
usually have a button right there in that dialog window, probably named "restart", or "restart now", or something very similar to that. Click that button.
If Windows is set as the default boot drive, then it will simply restart to Windows. If it does not (start directly to Windows), then restart, holding the Option key. Choose your Windows boot volume from that boot picker screen, and press Enter.
Or, choose one of those other places to restart Windows. The result (a restart

) will be the same, regardless of which method you use to restart. A restart is a restart. No reason at all to be confused. In spite of booting to a "boot camp" created Windows system, it is still Windows, and should behave exactly the same as any other Windows PC that you have ever used. Just keep in mind that there will be
another system that may be set as the default system (macOS), and you should be aware that a restart might boot to that
other system. You would then just restart to the boot picker screen - choose the Windows boot drive, and move on with your (Windows) life!
