Hi,
I've swapped out my MBP 15" DVD drive for my HDD and installed an SSD in the regular hard drive slot.

Because of this BootCamp Assistent wont let me partition my Fusion drive. I want to install Windows 7/8 on some space on my HDD.

I've read that using Disk Utility and doing some other things to it will make it work.

However, when I partition my drive into FAT I get the required FAT size, some HFS size from the normal osx partition, then a huge amount of partitioned free space. Over 200GB of unformatted free space, is this normal? I don't want to lose this free space as it isn't connected to my osx partition anymore.

It looks like a sandwich, HSF on top, FAT middle, Free space bottom.
