Bootcamp on separate drive.. can i format my OS X drive?

If i have two drives setup with raid 0 for my OS installation, and vista installed via bootcamp on a separate 320GB drive in bay 3, will i be able to format my OS x drives and reinstall OS X without losing access to my vista/bootcamp drive? Thanks.

I think that if you format your OSX bootcamp will delete the windows partition
