Hello everyone, is there a way to make the bootcamp OS Selector always on when i boot, it's just suck to hold they key and wait and sometimes forget to hold it, help me please i need it. Thanks :)

Yes, exactly i want it always to be showen each time i boot without holding option key.

Guys please, i don't want to install a third os, all i want is to make the os selector screen always on without holding option key.

Well, i have no idea how to do it with rEFIt or BootPicker, can you guide me please ?

Kind of like sticky Option key if you will. I agree that would be nice, if there is a solution like that.

Bootpicker sounds like it would do what you want, but with more fanfare than you desire.

Edit: Neil321 beat me to it.

I Did but when i setup the options that i want on system preferences, i restart and i don't see anything but original bootcamp menu after holding option key of course

Ok bootpicker sucks, why? coz the os selector run before mac login screen and not when boot, any solutions please ?

You didn't get me,
i want to see the boot menu infront of my eyes without holding any key and have the option to choose which os i want to boot.
Bootpicker do this but he load himself inside mac before the login screen, refit have no gui options panel, what to do ?

rEFIt does exactly this, here's an example of what it looks like:

Follow the instructions that macffooky gave. . it's not that hard, really. :)

Oh my god i will cry:( i know all this, but how to let it show always on without holding option key ???? :(:(:(

My kids use XP for gaming and my iMac triple boots like the example above. They were terribly excited when I left a USB key plugged in and a fourth option appeared on reboot :) As far as they're concerned, Ubuntu is only known as "The Penguin".

could it be the problem that i'm still using bootcamp with refit ?
do i have to remove bootcamp then use refit ?

No, absolutely not. I'd remove Bootpicker from your system (if you haven't already). You really shouldn't have any problems with rEFIt as long as you do exactly as instructed.

I'd imagine the limit would be determined by something else. rEFIt itself is merely a puppet. I've certainly had the three systems on my HD and a bootable DVD before.

I Just want to say thanks for everyone helped me here, and of course thanks to macrumors for this great community.:)
