At the weekend I was doing some word processing on Windows 10 and on the operating system it said it needed to restart due to needing to scan the drive for errors. I saved everything as it said to and restarted (It had just done a Windows Update). When I restarted it restarted into the Windows 10 and then a blue screen of death appeared with ‘NTFS File System Error’.
It then restarted again and started an ‘Automatic Repair’ and came up with a list of options. I tried to uninstall the updates but it won’t let me do it and I tried to do a start up repair and it just restarts Windows 10 and gives a Blue Screen of Death again.
I restarted into the MacOS and went to disk utility and it appears that it can see the drive but it’s greyed out. I scanned it with a piece of software and all my files appear to still be there.
Any idea on what I can do or use to get access to my files again?
