Bootcamp partition help

I like to have multiple installs of OS X on my Mac, mostly for program testing. I also want to try and put Windows on the Mac. Sadly, Bootcamp refuses to install if you've done this. What I'm wondering is if I do Bootcamp first, then partition the drive further and put more versions of OS X on, will it break Windows? Or is there another way to go about this?
