What would be the minimum optimum partition size be for Bootcamp on a 16"MBP with 1TB SSD for a few games like Total War Troy and maybe an FPS, leaving enough space on the main partition for a large photo library and MacOS compatible games?

I currently encrypt my MacOS partition, and unless things have changed from when I was messing around with my 13" 2014 MBP configuration I can't change partition sizes once it's encrypted without de-encrypting it first so I'd like to get it right first. (That took aaaages on my current MBP but maybe it's faster with newer hardware).

I'm thinking about 140GB?

(I've searched this forum for this question but most are discussions about other Macs)

My personal experience is go for minimum 48G allocation within the internal storage with an external NVMe SSD solution for games. I play Division 2 and GTAV and I feel they load even faster than in a desktop with a SATA SSD.
