Bootcamp partition slow mount after restart

Hi,
here's what's happening:
- restart to 10.10 on SSD
- system fully loaded, disks and other partition mounted on desktop
- bootcamp partition (not the same disk as 10.10) mounts ~15sec. later

Why bootcamp partition mounts so slow (plus the HDD makes intensive read/write operations)???

- the HDD is fine, it works with no problem under 10.9.5 (all partition mounts at the same time)
- Spotlight is disabled
- no antivirus applications installed

system:
Mac Pro 2009, 2xHDD, 1xSSD
