Bootcamp Partition To New PC?

I recently purchased a new windows 8 laptop and therefore no longer need my bootcamp partition. My question is... How can I if possible transfers all the data from the bootcamp partition onto my new pc? Is there a migration program that will work in this way?

There should something called Windows Easy Transfer (connect both computers over Ethernet).
