I am trying to install Windows 10 with USB which was made with a Windows Media Tool directly from MS. Bootcamp allowed me to partition with the Windows 10 USB bootable drive inserted. When bootcamp asked me to enter password a few times, the Mac rebooted into a seemingly black DOS environment with this message: "insert bootable disk and hit enter" WHILE the USB is left untouched on the Mac. So I rebooted to Mac partition and redo Bootcamp again only to end up to the same "insert bootable disk..." message.
