I installed Vista on Bootcamp on a friend's Macbook. I did the standard installation procedure. Made the partition with the Bootcamp assistant, went through the screen where it says it's installing, and finally I got to the place where I needed to enter the activation key. My friend didn't bring the case to the windows vista disk along, so I left the Computer at that screen and told him to enter the activation code when he got home because he had to leave. I didn't think of it at the time, but the battery ran out before he got home. He rebooted the computer when he got home and when it starts up, he says it says "press any key to boot from cd/dvd". I don't know any details beyond that, so does anybody know what's wrong?

PS: It doesn't boot if he presses a key, by the way.
PPS: The Vista disk was 32 bit, home basic and store bought.

That's normal, while the startup disk it set to Windows and the install disc is still in the drive ...

Have him eject the disc.

Does it ever get past this prompt.
