I've been using Bootcamp with no probs for 3 months.
Then today I go to use it and I get the Windows screen startup and then blue screen with this-
"autochk program not found...skipping auto check"
and then goes right to mac side log in.

Parallels still works. But I can't use Bootcamp and select the Windows drive.

Any ideas?

Thanks,

Joe

do you have any Norton software on your system installed? (Ghost, Partition Magic, Antivirus, etc)?

ive seen that alot on PCs with Norton software installed....if you do, run parallels and remove any of that and see if that works?

I have no anti virus on the computer at all.
I only use Windows because this is my 1st Mac, I bought in April, and i needed to use Quickbooks for my business. I already had it for Windows.
No web browsing, email, or anything on the Windows side.

anyone else? i wonder if its a Windows prob or a Bootcamp prob?
