Bootcamp Problem

All I want to do is run CS:Source. I tried Fusion and it will crash/not run.

I trying to install bootcamp and when I try it says I need to re-partition. If I re-partition can I back up using Time Machine and then restore everything with Time Machine?

Or is there a better way to run Source, Thanks.
