Okay, I've posted this problem a while back but nobody was able to help me I think.
I got the windows disk and put it in and started bootcamp, the software restarted my mac so it could begin the windows installation but instead it came to a black screen and said "no bootable device selected" I know how to get back to mac but I want to figure out how to get to the windows install screen instead of this black screen that keeps poping up everytime I try to install it on my macbook.
I've seen many other people with this problem I've tried retail disks and even burned ones but neither seem to work

Hmm, how odd, well I would tenatively suggest that you see if you can boot off the disks you have on a PC to see if the Disks are somehow defective.

If you can boot off the disks on a PC then there must be an issue with the mac (what mac is it by the way?)

And you must be made of money eh?

I'll try it off my pc then when I get home.
Many people have the same problem as me so I doubt it's the disks since I've burned movies onto the disks and they worked perfectly :/

And not really, I barrowed the windows 7 disks from my friend

It's also the regular white macbook
