Hi, i need some guidance so i came to this Divine forum!

I am in the process of installing WinXP on my OLD MBP: the Core 2 Duo MA610LL model.

The install went fine, however i have no drivers on the Windows side.

A few problems arose during the process: First of all, i only have an SP1 XP cd. As the install went fine, i thought that it might be okay to download the SP3 afterwards and install it. That worked fine as well, i now have an activated SP3 50 gig partition.

The second problem is, that i do not have the Snow Leopard CD - which, as i can read - is required to install the necessary drivers for bootcamp. I read somewhere that one might be able to extract the SL .iso file, mount it onto a key or disk, and then launch it in xp, is this possible?

I tried to download the bootcamp update package (2.1), which might help me install the drivers, but that .exe file won't run in windows.

Any ideas as to how to proceed?

Thanks in advance for y'alls help,

B
