Since updating my Graphics card to an AMD Radeon HD 7950 I am noticing a crackle on any audio output under Windows 7/Bootcamp, everything on the OSX side is fine.

Any ideas anyone ?

EDIT: Solved it after some crawling around under my desk, and after the crackle appeared on the OSX side after switching in and out USB cables in the back of my Mac Pro, but no matter what I did port wise the problem remained. I then realised that the the USB cable that goes to the monitor had a 4 to 5 inch USB extender cable attached to it. I removed the Extender cable plugged back in and problem solved, how or why a 4 to five inch cable can cause Audio crackle I do not know, dirty contacts is all I can come up with, anyway as I said problem solved :)
