i have installed windows 8.1 using bootcamp now when i power on my 
macbook pro retina model it boots directly to windows, then i restart this machine and press option and manually select the mac os
1. is there any option through which i can decide which os should start by default
2. can i install windows on my external hard disc ? so i could connect it only when i need to play games and will install my games in external hdd.
