Bootcamp to parallels virtual disk

I initially started to virtualize Windows with parallels. When Parallels began to offer Boot Camp compatibility, I instaled once again windows on Boot Camp. Now I've realised that I don't use Boot Camp at all, and the startup times of parallels with a BootCamp disk is much longer and boring. So I want to return to my parallels instalation and delete Boot Camp, but I don't wanna loose all the informatión. How can I backup my bootcamp disk to a virtualization disk???
