I wish to install Ubuntu 11.10 on my Mac via Bootcamp. I was looking at the Ubuntu support page, and it appears that dual booting Mac OS X and Ubuntu on the same machine is rather difficult. Can anyone shine some light on the process? Thanks.

Did you check their forums? I found most of my ubuntu answers over there. I've not done a dual boot into ubuntu on a long time, but the last time I did, it was not difficult at all. I'm not sure what's changed to make it more complicated however.
