Hi!
I am about to purchase an MBP. Still undecided between the base model and the mid-tier model (but that's another thread.) I will be using it for Photoshop, movie editing (may get FCE or FC2), Office, etc. No games.
Being a corporate slave, I would also like to install some of my work apps for those times I am working from home. Of course, this means Windows apps. Mainly SAP gui, Lotus Notes client, and maybe Citrix client. I know there are OS X versions of these, but from what I understand, not all features in the windows versions have been carried over to the OSX versions (spec. SAP gui for 6.x). So, does anybody have any experience running all of these apps in Bootcamp, Parallels, or VM Fusion? Oh, yeah, I would also like to run the Windows version of Quicken (the only Windows app I can't live without)... From reading about Parallels and VM Fusion, it seems VM has more capabilities. But my main concern right now are these 4 apps running on my soon-to-have mbp.
Tchau!
