bootcamp will not work?

hello when i try to partition the hardrive using bootcamp it says that it cannot partition,any ideas how i can use windows xp as well as using the mac please?
i have got the minimac 80 gb 10.5.3 with leapard

If it says that some files cannot be moved, you might just want to backup with Time Machine, then use the OS discs to erase the HD and then restore from your TM backup.

it did ask me to verify the files which i did and i did a repair,but when i tried to partiton it said the same thing-it cannot partition the drive,i had set it up to use 5 gb of hard drive
