Hi There,

I had some software troubles yesterday which forced me to reinstall win XP on my MacBookPro4,1 running OSX 10.6.8. I did so via XP itself which was stupid. I should have done it via Bootcamp off course. But ok, I managed to fix my software issue, hurray!

Then I wanted to instal the bootcamp drivers by downloading them. Apple does offer the installers as an exe but they dont do anything. I click the file and nothing happens.

Then I tried to go to osx which is on the other partition on the same laptop and install the drivers via bootcamp but had forgotten that my optical drive was broken so I could not load bootcamp from my OS DVD.... Hm...

Dos anybody have any suggestions how to install the win XP drivers? I would really appreciate some help.

Kind regards,

Manuel
