Bootcamp won't recognize USB

So this is pretty much what I did step-by-step. Mounted Windows 7 ISO onto USB

Opened up Boot Camp Assistant, did this

then this

After this Boot Camp just says it couldn't find a disk/usb

Right-click > Get Info on the USB drive. What is the format?

That's what it should be. The installer wants a clean drive. You need to install Windows first, and then wipe the USB in OSX, put the driver software on it, and then install the drivers to the Windows side.
