Don't try to create a FAT32 partition yourself. It won't work.

Use Boot Camp Assistant. That's the only way that is problem-free. Restore it back to a single partition first before using BCA.

I actually used Boot Camp Assistant. I tried it a few times, but i seems that it still won't work :/
