Booting Mac OS or Windows using rEFInd

you can install rEFInd as a boot manager in Mac OS .

leave Mac OS as your startup disk

Reboot after chime hold w to boot into Windows

or hold M to boot into Mac OS

works great for those with no boot screens.

This should work for those only has one MacOS and one Windows installed.

And L can boot the first Linux kernel in the boot list as well.
