Booting tethered iPhone Without Computer?

Hey,
This will most likely be a dumb question but i guess thats what ya can from a 16 year old haha.

So i've been trying to do some research before resorting to annoying you guys with a question but no real luck. I've read a couple of times now that if a tethered jailbroken iPhone is restarted without a computer it will actually restart as per normal as if no jailbreak is applied... but some say this can only happen if you dont apply certain tweaks to the iphone.

So i was wondering if someone may give me a short list of what type of tweaks i should NOT install so this restart can still happen in case i need to turn the phone off and on again while Im out n about...

MyWi is a big one that pretty regularly has to reboot the phone.

Anything that installs or uses MobileSubstrate will cause it to hang and not boot while not tethered. That means no SBSettings.
