K King Cobra macrumors 603 Mar 2, 2002 5,403 0 Nov 28, 2002 #3 Assuming that OS X and OS 9 are installed on the computer, and assuming you are allowed to use OS X, In OS 9, go to Apple Menu > Control Panels > Startup Disk > [Choose the disk with OS X, not the one with OS 9] Reboot.
