I noticed in System Information that my Mac (Mini M2 Pro running Sequioa 15.3.2) is booting with reduced security.

I remembered that I had allowed Rogue Amoeba's ACE software to be installed some time ago. Since this technology has now been replaced and is therefore redundant I uninstalled it. I then ran systemextensionsctl list in Terminal and it found no extensions.

Am I OK to return the startup security setting to Full?

Presumably if there were any other extensions requiring the reduced security setting they would then be listed under disabled software after returning to Full Security.

Yes, you should be fine returning to Full Security. If no system extensions are listed after running systemextensionsctl list, it means there are no active extensions requiring reduced security. If any software still depends on it, macOS will list it under disabled software, and you can always switch back if needed.

I have two m-series Macs.
One of the first things I did with BOTH of them was boot to recovery and then DISABLE "full security".

I DON'T WANT my Macs to be so "secure" that I'm prevented from booting them as I choose.
Simple as that.

And they both run just fine.
Just as Macs did so for decades before Apple started this ridiculous routine.

My opinion only
Others will disagree
Some will disagree vehemently
