BootLoop issue

So my situation just got a bit different then most on here. I have read and tried most of the fix's, but nothing has worked. I'm stuck in boot loop after blackra1n on my 3gs, tried letting it cycle for a night, let it die, etc etc etc. Now heres where I'm different then most of the posts I've read. I am fine with restoring to 3.1.3 as my company pays my bill and will be including tethering which was the only reason I jail broke anyway. So in the process of cycling blackra1n overnight, my HD failed and I haven't backed up my computer in a week or so, so if I just restore I'm going to loose a bunch of business contact I had just entered into my phone. Is there any way to just pull info off the phone before I do an official restore? I'm currently running Disk Recovery 3/Disk warrior to try to salvage some data from my old HD, but in the mean time would love to get my phone/contacts up and running. Thanks for any help
