Border around image thumbnails

Hi,
Is there a way of preventing image thumbnails having the white border around them when viewed in list & Icon view.
I just find the border very distracting when going through my images and i do realise i can use the other two options or use
Bridge or other software but just wondered if there is A way of preventing the images having the white border.

I am using OS Ventura, M1 Imac, Latest up to date Adobe CC including PS,LR etc

Any advice would be welcome
