Hi, I'm a big fan of this game and i already have it for my pc before it broke. Luckily I have a save file and I wanted to put it on my mac. The problem is that after downloading this game onto my mac I can't seem to find the save file location for borderlands. I'm not sure what's going on.

I've looked through my preferences folder and it doesn't have the feral interactive folder in it. I do however have a feral interactive folder in my shared folders but there is nothing in it. For some reason though, I can start new games and they are saved. I've used the search feature for save0001 and 0002 but nothing is showing up despite the fact. Can anyone explain what is going on? Any help is appreciated!

Borderands Save File

I am experiencing the same problem. I was wondering how you located the save files.

~/Library/Preferences/Borderlands/SaveGame/

On Lion to open your Library folder you need to use the Goto folder option in the Finder menu and type in "~/Library/" (no quotes) to open the library folder as Apple hide the library folder in Lion from the end user.

Try your ~/Library/Application Support/Feral Interactive I know we had to move our save game locations due to Apple AppStore rules (you are not allowed to use the preferences folder for save games and game preference files).

Make sure you are checking the Library folder inside YOUR home folder not the one on Macintosh HD. In Lion Apple hide this folder.

if you have more trouble contact support using the email in the manual/read me etc and someone can give you more detailed instructions.
