Bose Companion 2 speakers: 50% price increase

I've been waiting several weeks to buy a set of these speakers (they've been out of stock everywhere - chip shortage) and today I noticed that the new price is US$150 vs $100 earlier this week. Checked NewEgg, Crutchfield and B&H Photo - all the same.

Yep, price is up. I even see in Google that Best Buy's $99.99 price has yet to update to reflect the higher price on the website, see below:
