The control pod on my Bose Companion 20 speakers barely works anymore. It's just unresponsive when adjusting volume. I see this is actually a common issue with the Companion 20. The speakers themselves are great but the control pod is garbage. It's hard to find a new replacement and eventually it would probably go bad too. I wish there was a third party control pod available. Just curious if anyone else had issues with their control pod? Any luck taking it apart and cleaning it?
