can you recommend me any in particular?
Why is that people dont like BOSE?
I am not a professional, but I do believe their sound quality is really good, huh? am I wrong?

Here is a review of them by CNET, they give them a 7 but the rating is more from their price. I think that the old Bose MediaMate speakers are some of the best desktop speakers without a subwoofer that I've used, you can still find the at wholesale stores and on eBay.
Many people don't like Bose because they are Bose, they feel they are overpriced but if you like them and enjoy the sound they provide then buy them. I'd tend to agree with CNET, I think these will be great speakers, they'd be great if the were about 50% less.

I agree.. BOSE offers sound quality and something not any other brand offers... and is nice, small, well design of speakers.... I havent seen any speakers that match quality and design.... Kilpsch may be good in sound but design is awful.

Bose isn't bad.
for the same money, u can get MUCH better quality sound.
when you say you believe bose sound quality is better, do you mean you've done side by side comparisons with other equal priced speakers and believe the bose comes out on top?
