Bose Sounddock portable for iphone ?

What's the sound quality, compared to the Bose Wave system, which costs $100 more...

Is the sound quality of Bose Sounddock Portable worth $399?

note: just for private use, I am gonna put it inside my small single room

I have the Sound Dock II and it is well worth $299.99. If your going to put it in a room I would get the 299 one not the portable. The portable one has the same sound as the wired one.

I got the portable thinking I would move it around a lot. I haven't it has been sitting in the same spot for months.

Still it has great sound.
