Bose SoundDock won't work since 1.1.1

My iPhone will no longer play in my Bose SoundDock (since the update to 1.1.1 - it worked fine two days ago), and it won't play in my car ipod adapter either.

When I put it in the cradle I get the same beep I used to get, the same "go into airplane mode?" question, but the music keeps playing through the iPhone speaker rather than through the Bose system or through my car stereo.

Anyone else experiencing this?
