Both Allplay and AirVideoEbabler tweaks aren't working for me

I've tried both tweaks on my JB 4.2 ipad and doesn't seem to work with 4.2 ATV. I've used plex, airvideo, and zumocast and nothing seems to work but the audio. Any solutions?

I've had the same issue with airvideo enabler. I think mine is install related though. after downloading and installing cydia makes me reboot device. How do you do this on a tethered ipad? First time tether jb here.
