Both S3 SS Steel and Black, share one cellular connection?

If I were to get a S3 SS model in addition to my SB SS S3 model, how would the Cellular work? Would it auto-swap which one I pick up and wear or do I need to maintain two cellular connections and pay for 2 connections?
