Both USB3 ports stopped working

Hello everyone. A few days ago one of my usb3 ports stopped working. Now today, the second one stopped working. I've only half batter left to get this fixed as I'm currently in a location nowhere near an Apple store. Here are the specs on my macbook air:

Model Identifier: MacBookAir10,1
Chip: Apple M1
Total Number of Cores: 8 (4 performance and 4 efficiency)
Memory: 8 GB

Have you tried restarting your Mac?

Could also zap the PRAM - Shut down the Mac, wait a few seconds then start up while holding down:

Option + Command + P + R

Reset the SMC of your Mac - Apple Support

Zapping PRAM isn’t a thing on Apple silicon Macs. Don’t forget to plug in the MacBook when shutting down to reset the SMC.
