Suddenly the bottom row of apps didn't work when I tapped them. It was very frustrating. I tried a restore to fix the issue and that pretty much bricked my phone. It gave me the stupid how to arrange icons message, and I couldn't click OK to go on because the bottom of my touch screen didn't work. So I went to the Apple store and they took a look at it. They told me that something came loose in the phone and they fixed it. Took about 5 minutes and all is well again. This is the second time I've gone in with problems and had them fixed quickly. First time was because of a cracked screen, which they replaced. Just thought I'd share.
