Upgrading an old flip phone on my account to a 4s or 5c. I ordered two gold 5s last night in the 1 to 3 day shipping range. I understand there are suppose to be some form of limits on iPhones. I know I am being overly cautious but is it safe to order an older one from ATT tonight?

there is no limit .... I ordered 4 phones 5s on my account ...
you are thinking iPads where the limit two per house hold (for the 1st month or so) ... or launch day iphone at store where its usually 2 per customers.
The 2 limit is for in-store, where they have limited inventory. This is also against crazy scalpers. U order online, they come directly from the big factory China, all u can eat.
Plus u are getting a 4/5c, they have tons of those. U can go back to the same Apple store if u like.
